AGREEMENTS & LEGAL TERMS
These terms apply to all services provided by Intellistall. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or accepting an estimate, you agree to the following terms.

Intellistall provides professional installation of vehicle safety, telematics, dash cameras, and fleet tracking systems for private drivers, businesses, and fleet operators across the UK.
All written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment or survey.
Any unforeseen site conditions, vehicle compatibility issues, or changes to the scope of work may result in an amended estimate.
Free site surveys are offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
We aim to arrive within the agreed appointment window. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, emergencies, or supplier delays.
If access to the vehicle(s) is not available at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee.
A responsible adult or authorised representative must be present with the vehicle(s) during installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid within 7 calendar days of issue.
We accept payment via bank transfer or card.
Failure to pay may result in late payment fees and/or referral to a debt recovery service.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a call-out fee.
For larger installation projects or fleet contracts, a deposit may be required, and cancellation terms will be outlined in your quotation.
All installation work carried out by Intellistall is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
Any equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by brand and product.
Our guarantee excludes issues caused by misuse, tampering, poor maintenance, or third-party work.
Intellistall will carry out work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for:
Pre-existing faults or vehicle defects not caused by us
Issues arising from incompatible or faulty third-party equipment
Damage caused by unsafe vehicle systems, restricted access, or poor condition of the vehicle
Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or regulatory approvals (e.g. PSS or FORS requirements)
Loss of income, business interruption, or secondary costs during system downtime
All work is carried out by qualified engineers in line with UK vehicle safety and electrical installation standards.
We comply with relevant industry requirements including PSS (Progressive Safe System) and FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) compliance where applicable.
We will only proceed with work where it is safe to do so and reserve the right to stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are found.
Some systems we install (such as telematics and trackers) may collect and process vehicle or driver data. Intellistall is not responsible for how you use or store this data once installed.
Any personal information we collect during our work is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or misuse your information.
